Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us to return or exchange your rug(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unworn, and unaltered. If it doesn’t suit your home or design project, you will pay for return shipping. Please, note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special and custom made orders. Applicable laws will refund any taxes charged. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or transit damage. Anadol Rugs reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:

  • Final sale
  • Custom orders, special orders, or any modified products, including cut-to-size
  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear & delivery fees
  • Returns or exchanges without receipt or ability to validate purchase.
  • Anadol Rugs reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

Stocked Rugs

 

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within seven days of pick up or delivery and completed within 30 days thereafter
  • Upon receive, the returned product will be inspected:
  • Products in original, unworn, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or exchanged
  • Products that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for refund or exchange

Make a Return

 

  • To begin a return, please contact the Anadol Rugs customer service team to discuss the item you wish to return.
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
  • You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping and delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return.

We will issue your refund once we receive your merchandise and confirm it is in the showroom condition with original packaging and tags. 

Please note that exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded by state and local laws.
