We make every effort that your order will be shipped by a reputable and economical carrier that delivers into your area.Our preferred carriers are UPS and Explorer Freight to fulfill your orders.We might also accommodate other carriers and 3rd party billing. Due to size limitations, we cannot ship any package via UPS that is over 96” in length or over 130” total girth, or over 150 pounds.Ask us about overnight and expedited shipping availability, which might be possible on some cases.
Our shipping department exercises great care in preparing your rugs for shipping. Each rug either carefully stacked onto the pallet or individually rolled, wrapped and sealed with weather-proof wrapping material to assure added protection during transportation.To better serve our customers, you will be notified via phone or email once your shipment has left our facilities. You will be provided with shipping info such as, Freight Bill #, Freight Carrier telephone numbers, anticipated freight charges, and other pertinent information. You should contact the carrier immediately to verify anticipated delivery date and freight charges. If the information is not what we provided to you, contact us immediately so as we may correct any errors before your shipment arrives.
Most shipments arrive within 7-10 days of the shipment date.Once your order arrives in your area, the carrier will give you a 4 to 48 hour advanced call to schedule your delivery. Generally you will need someone to help receive your order and remove it from the delivery truck. If you require a special or an unusual inside delivery method, the freight carrier may add surcharges to your order. These services are considered by the shipping company as an additional handling charge distinct from the regular freight services.Deliveries generally occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Please check with the freight carrier for further information.
Please inspect merchandise for any damages that might have occurred during shipping. It is very important to inspect and note any damages upon delivery receipt. Any damage must be recorded on the receipt by the delivery driver otherwise neither Anadol Rug Co. nor the freight company will be held liable. Damage not noted on delivery receipt will be determined to be customer damage, and not warranted. You must notify Anadol Rug Co. concerning any visible defects or variances to order details within (2) days or any warranties will not be issued.
