Payment Options

We accepts all major credit cards, wire transfer, and ACH. We must receive payment prior to shipment. Your credit card is charged once your order is processed. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Sale and Clearance Items

All clearance sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Returns/Exchanges

If you decide to return an item, please contact us via email info@anadolrugs.com with your written request within (14) forteen days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA is valid for (7) seven days and the item must be returned within the seven days. Customers are required to pay return shipping charges. If you return an item that has not been issued an RMA or is after seven days or the item has been used or otherwise poor/damaged condition, Anadol Rug Co. will not issue a refund for the product’s cost.

Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. If you prefer to receive store credit for your returned item, we will pay for return product shipping. Just contact us with your request.

Damages/Defects

Please send all damaged item return requests to info@anadolrugs.com. Notate on the delivery receipt the type of damage incurred. If damage is noticed after the driver has left, please provide the following documents to help initiate the claim process:
Brief description of the damage
Picture(s) clearly depicting the damage to the product
Picture of the packaging (please send picture even if packaging is intact)

Custom or Made-to-order Items

Custom-designed, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Anadol Warranty

Every Anadol rug is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date. Anadol may repair or replace at its discretion without charge.
To file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please contact customer service at (404) 350-8558. Proof of original purchase and photograph is required. Dealer is expected to inspect all customer claims. Anadol representatives will only perform in-store inspections, if applicable. Claims for damage to rugs arising from negligence or improper cleaning will not be entertained by Anadol Rug Co.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed Orders are not cancellable. Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancellable.

A customer may cancel a made-to-order or custom orders within two (2) days of purchase order date for a full refund. After two (2) days, the sales order is FINAL and no refund will be given. After (2) two days, all custom,and made-to-order orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.

For custom items, we provide color swatches and samples. Please contact one of our sales associate if would like any samples. We are here to help you!

Colors and Finishes

Our website includes web-ready images. However, color variations may vary from computer screen images to actual product We recommend requesting samples and/or additional color matching information if you have color questions. Note that returns due to color are subject to our normal return policy and not considered a product error. Please note that colors and finishes may appear slightly different than product samples due to monitor and/or printing differentiation. Also, natural-dyed, and rugs with special finish may include slight differentiation due to nature of the manual manufacturing processes .

Measure to Ensure Fit

Customers are responsible to ensure that rugs ordered fit in the desired rooms as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways.

Product Error

If your custom order does not arrive with the specifications you selected when ordering, Anadol Rug Co. reserves the right to have the item replaced or reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately.
